Here at the Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad, we want to make sure that everyone has the chance to enjoy our rides, as did Billy Jones himself. To ensure that our differently-abled community members are able to ride, we have enacted our disabled rider policy as follows.
- Disabled Riders Always ride free on both the Train and Carousel!
- This offer extends to any necessary chaperone/attendant, but does not include the rest of the party
- If you require the usage of our wheelchair accessible train car, please alert any employee so we can prepare it for you if it is not already a part of the train
- If you are unable to wait in the queue for any reason, including non-apparent disabilities, please alert the manager on duty and request to be boarded through an exit
- You may be asked to wait to board the ride depending on the current number of people in line
- Depending on your party size, we may ask part of your party to wait in line, where we will rejoin both parts of your group when it is time to board
- When it is your time to ride, a staff member will escort you through an exit gate
- For your safety, we ask that you wait for an employee to escort you and to not board the ride yourself
